I am a 10-year history teacher turned online personal trainer and owner of TGT Fitness.
I am passionate about helping both experienced athletes and beginners find a love for fitness and guiding them as their personal coach!

Guided mastery is the way we learn. Anything worth doing, especially for our long-term health, is worth mastering. The guidance part is where I come in! Major lifestyle change is hard, but with the proper guidance, it becomes a heck of a lot easier and more sustainable!
100%! Many of my clients prefer to exercise in the privacy of their own homes (or garages). I can make you a plan that will work for you and that fits your life!
Online training has worked for hundreds of thousands of people. I cannot guarantee you success, but I can guarantee that I make working together fun, streamlined, educational, supportive and sustainable for you! I am also happy to share the stories of over 30 clients I have worked with so far who had tremendous success with me!
I help overthinkers. Overthinkers are driven but also want to know the why behind what they are doing. That is a positive thing but is often a huge hurdle to starting something new that isn't in your area of expertise. I will be here to guide you and give you confidence in your action plan!

Think of working with me like a monthly subscription. I ask for a 3-6 month commitment because I want to help you make lifelong changes! All payments are fully automated so you don't have to worry with it month to month.
Ahhh, the question to end all questions. I offer both a Basic option and a Premium option. If you quality for GMA, I have options that work for budgets between $250-450 per month. I would love to share all of the amazing resources and benefits that are included and then you get to decide whether this is a worthwhile investment. I'm confident that you will think so!
